Session One - Getting Organized Meeting (60 min): Define your Owner’s Intent, identify your business gaps, and assess your financial health

Session Two - Compensation & Business Planning (60 min): Build your CEO Compensation Plan and plan your business investments 

Session Three - Revenue Roadmap (60 min): Set revenue targets, adjust pricing, and track revenue drivers 

Session Four - Profit Planning (60 min): Create a profit plan with projections for sustainable growth

Accountability
I don't want you to make the time and financial investment into this intensive and not do the work to execute the plan. You can book one 30-min Get Sh!t Done Accountability Call with me at any point during the intensive for when you get stuck, feel challenged, or when your procrastination kicks in and you don't have the energy to do the work. We'll spend that 30 min block on getting whatever you've put off done.

You will get access to support videos on topics I need you to understand but we won't have time to review in our 1:1 sessions. 

You'll get access to a customized resource guide with any information we discover that you need to make better -informed financial decisions. 

You'll join your dedicated CFO in Your Pocket Slack Channel for any questions or topics you need to discuss during our 90 days together. This channel is dedicated to my team and me supporting you during your 90-days with us.

A 12-month Profitable Practice Plan with clear steps for business and personal financial growth. This spreadsheet will house your CEO compensation plan, business investment plan, revenue roadmap, and profit plan. It is your comprehensive plan to execute your goals for the next 12 months.
